Please note, the requisitions issued to you by each site are laboratory specific. You cannot take a LabCorp requisition to Quest and you cannot take a Quest requisition to LabCorp. As of October 2, 2013, ALL orders placed on www.labsmd.com will generate a Quest Diagnostics requisition for testing. Any requisition issued prior to October 2, 2013 will still need to be presented to a LabCorp Patient Service Center for specimen collection. If you would prefer to continue using LabCorp as the lab provider, beginning October 2, 2013 please place your orders from www.privatemdlabs.com.
